By accessing or purchasing from mysslpro.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.
2. Services Provided
MySSLPro provides SSL/TLS certificates issued by trusted Certificate Authorities (CAs), as well as related services including installation assistance, SSL auditing, and technical support. We act as a reseller and intermediary between you and the issuing CA. The final certificate is governed by the CA's own Certificate Policy and Certification Practice Statement.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Not share account access with unauthorised parties
4. Certificate Use & Restrictions
SSL certificates issued through MySSLPro may only be used on the domain(s) for which they were issued. You agree not to:
- Use a certificate on domains you do not own or control
- Attempt to deceive users or impersonate other organisations
- Use certificates for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute certificates without authorisation
5. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. MySSLPro reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon your next renewal or purchase.
6. Renewals
Certificates have a fixed validity period as described at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to renew certificates before they expire. MySSLPro will send renewal reminders via email, but we are not liable for any consequences resulting from an expired certificate. Auto-renewal, where available, will be charged to your payment method on file.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySSLPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySSLPro, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
MySSLPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke any issued certificates at its discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share limited data with:
- Certificate Authorities (required to issue your certificate)
- Payment processors (for transaction security and fraud prevention)
- Service providers acting on our behalf (email, hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our site. These include strictly necessary cookies (required for the site to function), analytical cookies (to understand usage), and preference cookies (to remember your settings). Refund Policy
Standard Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. To initiate a refund, open a Support Ticket with your order number.

Revocation Upon Refund
When a refund is issued for an active certificate, the certificate will be revoked by the issuing Certificate Authority. This means browsers will no longer trust the certificate, and your site will display security warnings. Please ensure you have a replacement in place before requesting a refund on an active certificate.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 2–5 business days.
How to Request a Refund
Steps to request a refund:
1. Contact us via the Support Ticket.
2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout
3. Briefly describe your reason (optional — no questions asked, but helpful for us)
4. We'll confirm eligibility and process your refund within 1-3 business day
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss. We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as chargebacks may result in account suspension and can delay resolution significantly.
